Tallahassee Days Provides Understanding of State Government

A 2-day trip to Tallahassee to meet our state legislators is a highlight of the LLC experience giving participants the opportunity to represent Southwest Florida businesses, convey the viewpoint and needs of our community to our state representatives, and learn more about our state government and how it works.

Building Servant Leadership & Community Involvement

The program strives to strengthen and serve the community with an intensive interactive learning experience that focuses on the concepts of servant leadership.  The goal is to develop a core group of professionals who are willing to serve first and then lead; ultimately becoming community trustees who volunteer to improve the quality of living for everyone in Southwest Florida.  Each class culminates with a group project designed and implemented by class participants to benefit the community through sweat-equity or fundraising activities.

Workforce Development

The program is an excellent workforce development tool for employers, that will orient your key team members to the community and prepare them to act as effective ambassadors for your business. As part of the program, a personality profile is provided to each participant with training that will help them understand their communication style and that of others, preparing them to build successful professional relationships and cohesive project teams.
