CSWF Board Member Presents at the SHRM SWFL

Inclusive Leadership & Transformational Culture in the Workplace was the topic of the SHRM SWFL meeting on February 12, 2025 at Hilton Double Tree. Chamber of SWFL Board Member and Leadership Lee County Graduate, Selynto Anderson, and his colleague, Shonalie Roberts, discussed how to create an inclusive and transformational culture in the workplace in an effort to improve engagement, exceptional experiences and better outcomes for all stakeholders.

Selynto R. Anderson, Ph.D., joined Lee Health in September 2022 as Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer and is responsible for championing, developing, executing and overseeing Lee Health’s social inclusion strategy and programs. Shonalie Roberts, MHA, ARM, LSSGB joined Lee Health April of 2024 as the system director for Equity & Inclusion. In her role she guides the strategic design, implementation and evaluation of the systems health equity, inclusion and belonging efforts, ensuring these initiatives improve the health and well-being of the staff members, patients and community.

SHRM SWFL is a local chapter of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Their mission is to engage and empower people and workplaces in the SWFL community by advancing the HR profession and building connections.
