Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association Announces 2026 LeadershipDevelopment Academy Class
The Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association (RPCRA) is proud to announce the selection of its 2026 Leadership Development Academy class, a distinguished group of Members committed to growing as leaders within the Association and throughout the real estate industry.
The Leadership Development Academy is designed to prepare participants for future leadership opportunities within RPCRA, as well as with Florida Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Through a comprehensive curriculum, class members will take part in sessions focused on advocacy, legislative and parliamentary procedures, mock hearings, legal panels, effective communication, Florida Realtors® and NAR coursework, and a final project presentation that showcases their growth and knowledge.
Comprised of emerging and existing leaders, the Academy offers participants a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on insight into the inner workings of the Association while deepening their understanding of how RPCRA aligns with state and national organizations.
