Formerly known as Junior Leadership Lee County, NEXGen LLC has been bringing inspiration to local high school students since 2012.
The Chamber of Southwest Florida leverages relationships with Leadership Lee Alumni and their employers to provide local high school students with exposure to existing career opportunities in Southwest Florida and familiarize them with the skill-sets local employers are seeking.
