The Leadership Lee County (LLC) Class of 2023 has chosen to support Ft. Myers Beach Elementary teachers and students in its reopening on the beach. The goal of this Leadership Project is to help recreate a sense of safety, community and most importantly a place that will inspire learning for all the students. The Class is hoping to also provide the teachers with the supplies on their Wish List to help fill their classrooms. There will be a ticketed event on Wednesday January, 17th at La Ola Bell Tower to celebrate the students’ return to the beach! The event will be live broadcasted by Beach Talk Radio.
