Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association Pushes Back on WSJ’s Assessment of the Cape Coral Real Estate Market

Karen Borrelli, president of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association (RPCRA) spoke with Fox 4’s Bella Line regarding a recent article in the Wall Street Journal that called Cape Coral the worst real estate market in the country. “It portrays a picture of Cape Coral being in distress when it’s not,” said Karen. She agrees with Amir Neto, director of FGCU’s Regional Economic Research Institute, that Cape Coral is simply experiencing a market correction and transitioning to a buyers market.
